Campbell's Pumpkin Patch in Wabash - Open Until Oct 31

There is a corn maze (my kids raced through about two dozen times), a hay ride, a hay maze (good, we found, for playing hide & go seek), pumpkins, tractors, a snack bar (amazing pumpkin cake), fire pit, and a giant inflatable bouncy pumpkin (my kids favorite!) for only $.75/10 mins.

Mississinewa 1812 Event - This Weekend (10/12-14)
Mississinewa 1812 is this weekend, outside of Marion, IN. I'd never heard of this event before moving to the area, but have taken my kids the past couple of years, and it is pretty neat to see how people lived in 1812. If you haven't been before, I suggest wearing good walking shoes, taking water bottles for your family, and making sure you have enough layers on to stay warm! Plan on spending a couple of hours walking around, sampling the food (take some cash!), and of course, seeing the re-enactment. For more info, click here.
Mississinewa 1812 is the largest War of 1812 living history event in the United States.
Sponsored by the Mississinewa Battlefield Society, it is a historical commemoration of the
Battle of Mississinewa fought on December 17-18, 1812. It is a step back in time to 1812.
Adult tickets (ages 13 and up) are $6 at Marsh ($8 at the gate).
Child tickets (ages 6 to 12) are $4 at Marsh ($5 at the gate).
